What we collect
- Enquiries and call-back requests: your name, phone number, email address and any details you include in a message or staff request.
- Caregiver registrations: your name, contact details, location, role interest, experience, right-to-work and DBS status, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Please do not include personal information about residents or patients in any form on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or staff request.
- To assess your suitability for work and contact you about opportunities (caregivers).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including safer recruitment checks.
Lawful basis
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we process your information to respond to your request or take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to meet legal obligations, and where necessary for our legitimate interests in running a staffing agency. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (such as our website hosting provider and FormSubmit, the service that delivers the enquiry forms on this website to our email inbox, which may process data outside the UK), with care providers where you are being considered for a placement, and with regulators, the Disclosure and Barring Service or other authorities where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to deal with your request. Caregiver records are kept while you are registered with us, and afterwards only for as long as we need them to meet our legal obligations, and are then securely deleted. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we will consider your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google Map, so Google may receive your IP address when those load. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations require it.
